    About

Mental well-being  is an integral component of health. Choosing psychiatry as my medical specialty, I made the decision to dedicate my professional life to supporting the mental health of my patients and improving the quality of their lives.

In my practice, I employ both medicinal treatment and psychotherapy. I can assist you if you're dealing with:

    ·      Sleep disturbances, appetite changes, or libido issues

    ·      Mood swings (whether it's a decrease, excessive elevation, or frequent fluctuations)

    ·      Feelings of anxiety, tension, panic attacks, fears, or obsessive thoughts/actions

    ·      Adaptation difficulties, stress reactions, increased irritability, tearfulness, or aggression

    ·      Psychosomatic disorders, unpleasant/unusual bodily sensations, or pain

    ·      Reduced productivity, attention and memory disruptions

    ·      Altered perceptions of reality

I approach each patient individually, based on their needs, and assist in finding optimal ways to navigate their situation. During sessions, we'll explore the root causes of the condition, determine suitable treatments, and discuss preventive measures. When prescribing medication, I always explain my choice and the specific actions of the prescribed drugs, and I'm happy to address any questions you may have.

Furthermore, using psychotherapy, I address inquiries related to:

    ·      Self-discovery, dissatisfaction with oneself and life, feelings of emptiness or loneliness

    ·      Self-esteem issues

    ·      Interpersonal challenges (parent-child relationships, difficulties understanding partners/colleagues)

    ·      Professional problems, complex relationships with financial aspects of life

    ·      Sexual issues

    ·      Lack of motivation, procrastination, goal-setting difficulties

In psychotherapy, I adhere to an integrative approach, utilizing ideas, methods, and theoretical foundations from various psychotherapeutic directions depending on the case.

During my consultations, I consistently prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and understood. I respect my patients, acknowledge their thoughts, feelings, and behavior, sincerely aiming to help them and seeking the best ways to do so. I recognize the equality in the doctor-patient relationship.
