    My name is Leonid, I am a cardiologist with dedicated interest in heart failure, cardiac rehabilitation, exercise physiology and sports cardiology. In addition to my specialization, I also have a solid foundation in internal medicine. 
    I consider patient education and engagement to be integral components of effective cardiovascular care, ensuring that individuals are equipped to actively participate in evidence-informed decision-making regarding their treatment. In clinical practice, my priority is to elucidate the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying cardiovascular diseases, apply diagnostically validated methodologies, and implement therapeutics in strict accordance with established international guidelines.
