Every medical professional should be qualified, knowledgeable in psychology and philosophy, and possess the necessary moral qualities.
My beliefs: a medical professional must have high professionalism and a developed sense of responsibility. Equally important are charisma, kindness, openness, warmth, sincerity, modesty, and the ability to engage with and attentively listen to patients. "Conscience, as the highest expression of humanity, also plays a decisive role in the medical profession. The main principle of humanism has been and remains the principle of respectful attitude towards a person - the highest value in the world of living beings."
Priorities in work include empathy, careful attention to the patient, a collegial approach to problems, maximum openness, tolerance, and confidentiality.
